We source bamboo from responsibly managed farms. It's harvested at around four years old—perfect for fiber extraction. Only the stalks are cut, while the roots stay intact to regrow, making bamboo incredibly renewable.

2. Retting & Fiber Extraction
The harvested bamboo is soaked in water (retting) to naturally break down its structure, helping separate the strong inner fibers from the softer outer material.

3. Stripping & Crushing
After retting, the outer layers are removed. The remaining fibers are crushed and broken down further to prepare for processing.

4. Boiling & Washing
The crushed fibers are boiled to remove natural resins and impurities. Then they’re thoroughly washed and dried, leaving clean, soft material ready for spinning.

5. Mechanical Processing
Dried fibers are refined and combed into fine filaments using mechanical techniques. These are then spun into high-quality bamboo yarn.

6. Spinning the Yarn
Our yarn is spun in various thicknesses and textures to suit different sock styles—combining softness, breathability, and durability.

7. Knitting the Socks
The bamboo yarn is knitted into socks using advanced machines. We craft everything from ribbed everyday wear to cushioned athletic styles.

8. Seaming & Shaping
Some socks are made seamless; others are carefully finished using hand-linking or automated seaming. They're then shaped and set through a process called boarding.

9. Finishing Touches
Each pair is inspected for quality. Some socks are treated with extra features like antimicrobial or odor-resistant finishes for added comfort.

10. Packaging & Shipping
Finally, your socks are folded, paired, and packed with care—ready to wear, gift, or enjoy.
